This policy explains how NodeFlow Automation handles information received through this website, email, WhatsApp and the services we provide. The exact systems used depend on the enquiry and the agreed project.
Information we collect
Enquiry forms may collect your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, business type, selected service, description of your process and consent to be contacted. Messages sent directly to us may contain the contact details and content you choose to share. During a project, we may process business data and system credentials that you expressly provide or authorize us to access.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess a process, prepare proposals, deliver and support agreed services, troubleshoot integrations, maintain records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and AI processing
Depending on the specific enquiry or workflow, information may pass through n8n, Google services such as Sheets, WhatsApp Business services, email providers, hosting infrastructure, AI/model providers and other APIs selected for the project. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to use only the information needed for the requested task. Before a project goes live, the relevant providers and data flows should be identified in the project scope. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information through the website form.
Cookies, analytics and external resources
This website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies in the supplied site code. It loads some resources from third-party services, including Google Fonts and externally hosted tool icons; those services may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. Hosting and security logs may also record technical data. If analytics, advertising pixels or additional cookie-based services are added later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.
Payments
This website does not currently collect payment-card details through its contact form. If a payment provider is added, payment information should be handled by that provider under its own privacy terms; we should receive only the transaction information needed to administer the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry information while we are handling the enquiry and, if no project follows, ordinarily for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless you request deletion sooner and we can lawfully comply. Project records may be kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period needed for support, accounting, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Backups and provider logs may persist for their normal deletion cycles. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete it or remove identifying details.
Security and access
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the systems involved, such as access controls and server-side handling of integration endpoints where configured. No website, API or cloud service can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should provide least-privilege access, avoid sending secrets through enquiry forms and rotate credentials if access is no longer needed.
International processing
Some third-party providers may process data in countries outside India. The location and terms depend on the providers and integrations selected for a particular project. We will identify relevant providers as part of the project scope where applicable.
Your requests
